WebEvery 5 seconds should be a message atleast. If not, it is possible that the person is being viewbotted. Otherwise it wouldn‘t make sense. Also, if there‘s only follower alerts, and no subs, tips, donations or so, its also possible that he is being viewbotted. Also check quality of stream and mic, check overlays etc.
