WebMay 6, 2015 · The Fel-Pro 1204 is for the conventional SBC cylinder head/intake set up. I have Fast Burn heads on my engine. I have used the Victor-Reinz MS16167P intake gaskets a couple of times now and they are great. Victor makes this gasket for GM as their OE replacement gasket, it's very well made. WebDec 6, 2007 · The Fastburn 385 uses GM's "Fastburn" cylinder heads which are much newer designs and are "Vortec style" heads (and probably cost they more money to make). However, they have monsterous 210cc intake ports in them which is probably why the motor takes a hit to the torque curve vs. the older small-port heads.
