Having them talk behind your back and having meetings about you, is not the right way to go about it, it creates distrust. I speak from experience, my family does the same thing to me while I would describe myself as a "good girl". WebAs long as YOU are not the subject of the gossip, you feel safe and secure. And the only way to ensure YOU are not the topic is to participate in gossip as often as possible. Because no one’s gonna be gossiping about you as long as they’re gossiping with you about everyone else. Oh.
